What shipping methods do you use?
Premium Peptides is proud to use USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate shipping. This allows us to keep costs low and packages typically arrive no later than 3 days.
Do you offer cold-packed shipping?
We know that during the summer months, some areas of the United States experience severe heat. While the freeze-dried peptides should not be affected by these extremes, we DO offer cold-packed shipping via UPS Next Day Air.
How can I track my order during shipping?
Our shipping software automatically emails a tracking number to the email you provided during checkout. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If it still isn’t there, reach out and we’ll get you the tracking number.
How do I return my order?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept any returns. We kindly request that you dispose of any unwanted products responsibly.
How can I get a replacement order?
In the event that you received an incorrect or damaged order, we will process a replacement upon receiving adequate proof of a defect. Replacements are processed on a case-by-case basis at management’s discretion.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds will be issued at the discretion of management on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us to inquire about a refund. We ask that you speak with us before initiating any kind of dispute or chargeback. We vehemently challenge all credit card payment disputes and have a system of documentation in place sufficient enough to convince credit card providers that a dispute is not warranted. Repeated disputes will be referred to your local district attorney as evidence of intentional fraudulent transactions. Seriously, reach out to us first and we’ll do what we can to make everything right. (Remember, buyer’s remorse isn’t a valid reason for a refund with these products.)
